i-WIGT is a mobile teaching assessment and mentoring tool for the use of subscribers to the What is Good Teaching community.
The app will allow the rapid observation of teachers performance in class, using the What is Good Teaching framework. Observation Grades are recorded along with teachers strengths and areas for improvement.
Observations can then be sent to the What is Good Teaching community website, which stores the results for the school for confidential reviewed by the participating school.
